My stretch and mobility classes are all about helping your body move the way it was designed to — smooth, strong, and pain-free. I teach in a fun, relaxed, “let’s get this body together” environment where everybody feels supported, no matter your age, size, or flexibility level.

In class, we work through guided stretches, mobility drills, breathwork, and light activation exercises that loosen tight muscles, open stiff joints, and help correct posture. I coach you through each movement so you know exactly what you’re doing and why, no guessing, no pressure, just progress.
