Hi, I’m Kierra—better known as Koach Key. 

I am a certified NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach and currently completing my NASM Personal Trainer Certification to expand the ways I help clients move, heal, and thrive. My journey into wellness began when I became a mother and sought natural remedies to support my son’s health. This sparked a deep commitment to holistic living, herbal healing, and the study of the body’s incredible ability to restore itself.

Before stretch therapy, I spent over 15 years as a hairstylist—a career that taught me the importance of posture, movement, and body awareness, while also showing me how easily stress and repetitive work can take a toll on the body. Returning to my athletic roots from my child & teenage years, I discovered assisted stretch therapy as the bridge between athletic performance, recovery, and holistic healing.

Today, I bring my clients not only evidence-based training but also lived experience. I understand what it feels like to carry tension in your shoulders, back, and legs—and I know the freedom that comes from releasing it. Beyond stretch therapy, I am also completing my Nursing degree at Georgia State University, further deepening my knowledge of health, movement, and the body’s natural capacity to heal.

My mission as Koach Key is simple: to help you unlock your body, release tension, and restore balance—so you can move with ease, strength, and confidence.
